This type crane special for aluminium factory or anodizing section.
1.This type overhead crane is widely used for colouring aluminium anodizing section plant ,can also be used for approximate the electroplating process and pickling workshop ;suit for use in heay duty condition .
2.Since the space of plant with high humidity and it's with full of volatile gas ,such as corrosive gas and acidic gas and so on ,so the crane steel plate surface need to done sanding blasting ,and the painting need go done anti-corrosive paint .For the this reason ,motor and electrical system will use high protection product .
3.The crane have one side walk platform ,and the lifting frame will according to the actual high to design it .
4.The crane lifting machine choose roller chain for lifting and add counterweight ;the hook can choose fixed type or open-close type .Wire rope is used in counterweight as second protection in order to avoid falling off .
5.The crane travelling machine choose Inverter and motor ,it will let crane starting and stopping more smooth .
6.We can entry the cabin from end face or side face .Also we can according to user requirement add pendent control or wireless remote control or PLC control .
7.Before order ,the user need to confirmed the dimension of span,lifting height and the size of oxidation pond .User should be according to working condition to confirmed the process flow .
8.User can propose other special require before order .
