To enrich staff spiritual and cultural life, promot the professionalism of the staff, strengthen the team spirit and cohesion,every year the GH group company will organize the staff collective outdoor travel, and this year's tourism location selection in the pleasant scenery of the coastal city - Shapa Beach ,Guangdong.
This beach is at the southeast part of the Guangdong, To the East is the Pacific Ocean. Blue sky, clear water, beautiful sand beach, gentle sea wind, wide open spaces also the sunshine. We are very enjoying ourselves.
For improving teamwork co-operation between senior and junior staff, we have organized a series of competitive games, like playing beach volleyball. In final, team "m" won the champion.
The most important part of this tourism is enjoy the local sea food, the main reason why we choose this place as destination.Lol
This collective tourism, not only allow employees to enjoy the beautiful beach view and delicious seafood, but also enhance the link between leadership and staff, improved the skills of problem solving, then we can co-operate better in the future work, help our clients out of trouble, and better complete the company's goals.
